System requirement

About the service

OneMed offers MinBevilling minbevilling.onemed.dk as a digital service for people who have a prescription with one of OneMed’s customers. In this document, the service is hereinafter referred to as MinBevilling. To use the service, you must have an internet connection, use an up-to-date web browser and have a valid electronic ID in accordance with the options specified in the service. Normally, no additional software needs to be installed or maintained to use the website. The applicable technical prerequisites are set out below.

 

Operating systems

MinBevilling is designed to work on modern and up-to-date versions of common operating systems for computers, mobile phones and tablets, including:

  • Microsoft Windows
  • Apple macOS
  • Apple iOS and iPadOS
  • Android.

Older versions and operating systems other than those listed above may also work, but functionality cannot be guaranteed for all versions and combinations.

 

Web browsers

MinBevilling is tested in current versions of the following web browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari.

The service may also work in other modern web browsers, such as Samsung Browser, but these are not always tested to the same extent.

If you use an older web browser, some features may work less well or not at all.

 

Internet connection

To use MinBevilling, your device must have an internet connection. For the best user experience, at least 2 Mbit/s is recommended.

With a slow or interrupted connection, some functions may take longer or need to be repeated.

 

Firewall settings

The web browser must be able to connect to MinBevilling and relevant subdomains of onemed.dk via standard ports 80 and 443.

 

Cookies and JavaScript

Necessary cookies must be allowed for the website to function correctly. More information about this can be found in our cookie policy.

JavaScript must be enabled for the service’s interactive functions, such as login.

Basic information pages, such as the home page and privacy policy, should, as far as possible, be accessible even if individual scripts do not load correctly.

 

Electronic ID

Login requires an electronic ID that is explicitly specified in the service. The user must have a functioning electronic ID on the device or combination of devices used to log in. The issuer of the electronic ID may have system requirements that differ from those specified in this document. Therefore, check the current system requirements with the issuer of the electronic ID.
