MinBevilling is accessible with MitID and can be accessed by citizens that get their prescribed products from OneMed A/S.


Prices

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) VAT included.


Terms of delivery

Deliveries in Denmark (except from the Faroe Islands and Greenland) are subject to a handling fee - currently DKK 50 VAT included, if the invoice amount (total price) is less than DKK 700 VAT included. Delivery time is 3 working days or according to contract. If the product is marked as "not in stock", OneMed does not stock the product and extra delivery time beyond the 3 working days must be expected. It may take up to 30 days if the product is not in stock. We will contact you in case of extended delivery time. Express delivery is possible by arrangement. In Denmark all parcels are delivered by PostNord.

For delivery outside Denmark, shipping costs will be added. Please contact OneMed A/S if you wish delivery outside Denmark.


E-mail and SMS notification

When you fill in your e-mail and mobile number on your web order, PostNord will notify you so that you can track your parcel from the moment it leaves OneMed's warehouse. If the parcel cannot be delivered to the specified delivery address, PostNord will send you an SMS notification as soon as you can pick up the package from a Pickup Point.


Right to complain

According to the Danish Consumer rights, there is always a 2 year warranty, unless the nature of the products naturally set a different limit.

If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get a new product or have your money refunded. This depends on the specific situation.

You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" of discovering the fault. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The products must always be returned in proper packaging. Please also remember to obtain a receipt of dispatch so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Cancellation rights

If you want to return a product, you can fill out our online form, within 14 days of receiving the product from OneMed A/S. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your product. If you have ordered several different products, but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the goods to us. Being the customer, you bear the risk of the product until delivered at OneMed A/S. If the parcel disappears or breaks during transport, you are liable for the products. You are responsible for the costs of returning an unsuccessful purchase and for any damage that occurs during transport.

If you cancel your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a depreciation for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase. If you use your cancellation rights, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred as a result of your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notice of your decision to cancel the purchase. We will make any such refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided proof that the product has been returned.


Note!

Please note that we do not accept returns of over-the-counter medicines. If an over-the-counter product is returned, it must subsequently be destroyed. This is also done to guarantee you that over-the-counter products have not been incorrectly stored and its efficacy has been affected. In accordance with the Purchase Act, we will only take back over-the-counter medicines if they were defective at the time of purchase.

Remember to include a copy of your completed electronic return form, your invoice or packing slip, preferably with your telephone number. Note: Any handling fee and/or freight charges will not be refunded when returning goods. Internet customers must pay the return freight themselves.

To ensure that you have proof of dispatch and that the return deadline has been met, it is a good idea to keep the postal receipt.


Condition of returned products

You are liable only for any deterioration in the value of the products caused by handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item is tried on beyond what is described above, we will consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the paid amount refunded, depending on the commercial value of the product.

So to get a full refund, you have to do the same as you would in a physical shop. You may try the product, but not actually use it.


Sales Conditions for over-the-counter medicines

OneMed A/S has a §39 Business License from the Danish Medicines Agency to sell over-the-counter medicines. The following apply:

  • Products classified as HF may be purchased in unlimited quantities.
  • Products classified as HX may only be purchased in one pack per day per customer, provided that the active substance is the same in two packs.
  • Products classified as HX may not be sold to young people under 18 years of age.
  • OTC medicines are not sold to young people under 15 years of age.
